Our training services

Saja Training Center plans and implements various training programs, which are designed according to the needs of our clients in an effort to meet their desires and develop human capabilities and qualify them scientifically and professionally Training tasks The training programs are implemented through:

  • Central Programs: These are programs that are implemented according to an annual plan that is prepared to contain a set of various training programs that cover many fields and specializations, and trainees from various government and private agencies participate in it.

 

  • Contractual programs: a set of training programs that are designed according to the training needs of companies, institutions, and government and private bodies. These programs are designed on the basis of a diagnostic study of real work problems, and are implemented for their employees only, with the opportunity to present their own case studies and respond to their specificities. We can offer any of our general training courses as a private training course exclusively for the employees of the institution or company, and it is held at the headquarters of the entity requesting the service or at the center's headquarters.

 

  • Distance training (online): We believe in the efficiency of this alternative in saving expenses and a good investment of the trainee's or company's time. We use the latest remote training systems that provide the trainee with live audio and video communication with the lecturer on the one hand and with the participating trainees on the other.

 

The Saja Training Center also provides a service for exchanging files, questions and discussions throughout the day and for the length of the training program.

    • 3. Preparation and design "the processing stage" .. Where we develop and prepare the training program of scientific and training material and determine the audio-visual aids necessary for the success of the program in light of the diagnosis stage and the nature of the trainees.

       


      4. Implementation “the presentation stage” .. where we actually implement the program .. and implementation is carried out according to the client’s desire .. at the time and place appropriate to their circumstances.

       


      5. Review and follow-up "assessment stage" .. We carry out this stage of review and follow-up if the client desires
